We provide coaching, training, shared spaces, and community events that help young adults, mid-career professionals, elder generations, and underprivileged groups thrive. Every initiative is designed to build confidence, foster connection, and create meaningful impact.

What Makes Us Different

Unlike traditional charities or corporate programs, CAPE Calm is a Community Interest Company (CIC):

  • We operate not for private gain.

  • Any surplus or assets are reinvested in the community.

  • Our initiatives are practical, purposeful, and inclusive, reaching people through sports clubs, libraries, community centres, charities, churches, recruitment agencies, and job seeker programmes.

Meet Our Founder

Louise Garlick — Founder and sole Director
Louise founded Cape Calm to bring together her passion for community, personal development, and social impact. She believes that everyone deserves the chance to grow and contribute, and she leads Cape Calm with vision, warmth, and a commitment to inclusivity.
